If you're like me, you're a sucker for delicious snacks to eat on-the-go. By the time I've woken up, showered, dressed and downed a coffee, I have no time for breakfast. I need to eat on the move or at least have snacks packed away for a sudden moment of what seems like extreme hunger!
Often on the commute to work, I find myself getting a little peckish. I need something small (to fit in my backpack - yes I have a backpack and it seems to be always chocker-block full!) and something easy to nibble at.
Raw energy balls are nearly always in my fridge but I need to mix it up from time to time. And this is how I discovered Coconut & Raisin Oat bars. Hearty, filling and full of flavour.
