Smoothie bowls have become one of my ultimate breakfasts to keep me fuelled for work or a morning jog. Best thing is, they're easy to make, healthy and pack in 2 of your 5 a day. Easy!
1 x Banana
15 x Blueberries (and extra to top)
3 x Squares Dark Chocolate
1/2 Cup Skim Milk (or Soya to make this vegan friendly)
Sprinkle of Flaked Almonds
1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 x tsp Nut Butter
Blend together the blueberries and banana with the milk. (Use frozen blueberries and chopped banana to make it extra refreshing and cold) Once smooth, place into your favourite breakfast bowl and add the rest of your ingredients on top!
